OUR POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50 for fills/touch ups and 1/2 of the service cost for full sets.

Please arrive to your appointment on time and with clean eyes and face to ensure the very best retention and so you can be on your way in a timely fashion. Arriving late to your appointment means less time for the service to be rendered which may mean an incomplete result. If you are more than 15 minutes late this may result in rescheduling and you may also be expected to cover the appointment service cost. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice you will be charged.

 

NO SHOWS must pay 100% of the service cost before rescheduling. Where more than two no shows occur, your service provider may choose to release you from their guest list.  

Avoid drinking caffeine or alcohol before your appointment, be sure to use the washroom, and put your phone on silent to avoid any disruptions during your service. 

Please remove your shoes at the door (bring socks or slippers) and bring a blanket or warm clothing for optimal coziness!  Your service provider will wear a mask but for you masks are optional.

REFUND POLICY:

All services are non-refundable, however, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake by the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the studio to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. corrective services will not be allowed greater than 5 days post initial service date. 

 

It is important that you contact the studio as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service. This can be done via email, text, or by leaving a voice message. 

 

Right to Refuse Service:

Lash Bar West Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate/disrespectful behaviour to any one of our service providers or guests. 

 

Returns: 

We are happy to return any unopened retail products within 7 days of original purchase date. no cash value given. In store credit.
